Hoton Parish Council consists of six councillors who serve for a four year term. All Councillors are volunteers.

Parish Council Elections
The next parish council elections will be held in May 2023, but we have a vacancy which we would like to fill as soon as possible by co-option (i.e. no need for an election).

Hoton Parish Council currently has five serving councillors. Three of these were elected in 2019 and two co-opted since that date. There is one vacancy which can be filled by co-option.
Members Code of Conduct

Hoton Parish Council Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct applies to all members and co-opted members; members sign up to it as part of their declarations of acceptance of office.
Our committees have specific tasks and can have delegated powers.
